Inquiry forms may collect your name, organization, job title, work email, optional phone and location details, organization characteristics, the service you are interested in, timing, and the business challenge you choose to describe. Speaking and bulk-order inquiries may collect event or shipping-location details. Newsletter signup separately collects a first name and email address.
Why we collect it
We use inquiry information to evaluate and respond to requests for training, consulting, speaking, books, and other business questions. We use newsletter information only to send the occasional updates a person separately agrees to receive. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing email.
How information may be handled
Depending on the infrastructure configured for this site, submitted information may be transmitted through an email delivery provider and may later be stored or sent to a customer-relationship or newsletter platform. Those integrations are configured server-side. We do not sell inquiry details. Access should be limited to people who need the information to respond or administer the service.
No clinical or protected health information
This website is not a clinical intake portal. Do not submit patient or client names, dates of birth, diagnoses, medications, medical histories, insurance information, records, treatment notes, or other protected health information. The public inquiry system should not be considered HIPAA-secure.
Consent and your choices
Contact consent permits a response to the inquiry you submit. Newsletter consent is separate and may be withdrawn using the unsubscribe method included in newsletter messages. You may contact the business to request correction or deletion of information, subject to any legitimate recordkeeping needs.
Security and retention
Reasonable technical safeguards are used in the site architecture, including server-side validation, spam controls, and keeping provider credentials out of browser code. No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Information should be retained only as long as needed for the business purpose, legal obligations, or dispute resolution.
